Sierra Colina, LLC currently owns the 18-acre parcel of land along U.S. Highway 50 in Stateline, Nevada, located between the Lake Village Subdivision and the UPS (former Burger King) commercial center. Steve Kenninger and Gail Jaquish own Sierra Colina. Steve and Gail are fulltime residents in the community. They purchased the 18-acre parcel in 2005.
